Privacy notice — enquiry form
This notice covers only the personal data you send us through the enquiry form on this website. It does not describe how study data is processed inside the RT Clinica platform: that is governed by the agreement with the sponsor or CRO that operates the study, in which they are the controller and we act as processor.

FIRSTECK BIO SRL is the controller for the data you submit through this form.

RT Clinica is the name of the software this company builds and operates. It is not a separate legal entity, so any request about this notice reaches the same company either way.
What we collect
- The details you type: your name, work email address, organisation (optional) and your message.
- Which page you came from, so we know what you were reading.
- Your IP address and browser user-agent string, captured with the submission. We use these only to investigate abuse of the form (it is open to the internet and rate-limited per address).
Why, and on what basis
We use it for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and — where your enquiry is about becoming a customer — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use it for marketing lists, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.
Where it goes
The form does not write to the clinical database that holds study data; your enquiry is delivered as an email to our team mailbox and lives there. Delivery is carried out by our email provider, Resend, acting as a processor on our behalf. Our mailbox and email providers may process the message outside the European Economic Area; where that happens it is covered by the safeguards in our agreements with them.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, after which it is deleted. If your enquiry does not lead anywhere, we delete it once the conversation is clearly finished.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email supporto@firsteckbio.com and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Do you have to give it to us?
No. The form is voluntary. If you would rather not use it, email us directly — and if you prefer not to give a name or organisation, say so in the message and we will work with what you are comfortable sharing. We cannot reply without some way to reach you.
